Invoice templates

Curated, original templates that all read the same invoice data. Pick a template, set an accent color and page size, and switch later without losing a field.

Voice or text to draft

Say who the invoice is for, what you did, the amounts and a due date. Your recording is sent to our AI service only when you tap Generate, and you review the result before anything is issued. The AI never invents prices, dates, tax rates or contacts; missing details are flagged for you.

Native block editor

Rearrange the header, client details, items, totals, notes, payment instructions, footer and signature line. Move blocks by drag or with Move up / Move down buttons; undo and redo are always available. Items and totals can move but never be removed.

PDF export

PDFs are rendered on our servers from the same document, in A4 or US Letter. Totals use exact integer arithmetic. Finalizing assigns the next invoice number and locks that revision.

AI email draft

Choose a tone, review the subject and body, and open your mail app with the PDF attached. FInvoice Maker never sends email on your behalf and cannot see whether an email was sent or read.

Saved clients and price list

Keep a business profile, your clients and your services or products. Saved data fills empty fields only and never rewrites an invoice you already finalized.
