What we process

Your business profile, clients, price list and invoices (including names, addresses, email addresses and amounts you enter), voice recordings and transcripts you choose to send for AI drafting, account identifiers and subscription status.

AI processing

When you tap Generate, your recording or text is transmitted to our backend and then to OpenAI to produce a transcript and a draft. We do not keep recordings after processing by default. You can create invoices manually without using AI.

Storage

Drafts are stored on your device. When you sign in, invoices, profile, clients and price list are synced to our servers and PDFs are stored privately. Every file read is authorized against your account.

Analytics and ads

Product analytics and feature flags receive coarse usage events only, never invoice contents, voice, transcripts or email text. Ads appear only on the free plan, never on invoice editing, PDF or email screens, and follow applicable consent requirements.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data from Settings. Deleting your account removes your invoices and PDFs subject to legal retention exceptions. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
